Buyers must bid from their internet devices as the NDDOT auction site will not be open for onsite bidding. This will be a live auction streamed through our website www.BidOrr.com. Preview/ prior inspection of vehicles will be Tuesday November 15th from 8am to 3:30pm. *Visual inspection only. Vehicles will not be started during this time.
